Charles McManuis is an experienced tax preparer and business and financial analyst who provides consulting expertise to law firms, real estate developers, a variety of businesses and individuals. He has extensive experience in operating businesses as well as in successfully negotiating and obtaining business loans with an array of funding sources.
Charles earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Marquette University where he was the recipient of a Navy ROTC academic scholarship. He obtained his Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and has taught credit courses in finance at the University of Texas in San Antonio.
Charles has materially contributed to several real estate developments in the Inland Empire including the East Valley Land Company project that includes an 824,000 square foot Ashley Furniture Co. manufacturing plant and retail facility that brought several hundred jobs to the local economy.
Charles prepares cash flow analysis and written reports evaluating the financial position of individuals and businesses and makes specific recommendations for future economic improvement. Included in his background are five years as Executive Vice President of Vanir Development Co., a real estate development and communications company that was the fifth largest Hispanic owned company in the United States during his tenure. He was president of Church’s Fried Chicken of Western Canada for three years and during that time rapidly expanded the number of outlets from three to sixteen, with store profits reaching record highs and where annual sales quintupled. Additionally, Charles has been director and officer of thee automobile dealerships as well as a speaker at numerous seminars sponsored by major universities and professional groups.
Charles served honorably in the United States Navy as an officer and was cited by the Inspector General of the United States Pacific Fleet for his financial and operational acumen.
